First time trying Accel Auto Repair. I saw them on Facebook and thought I'd give them a try and I'm glad I did. Very professional and they know what they're doing which is always a big plus. They gave it a thorough inspection which I was very pleased with. I dropped my truck off in the late evening for appointment. They gave it an inspection and told me what was wrong with it. I agreed to fix it and it was done the next day. Couldn't be happier with their service. I Strongly recommend.

I took my Equinox for the 15 minutes free inspection. I was concerned about the Equinox not shifting into reverse. It had never done that before. I checked with the shop that had just done a oil change and suggested a transmission shop. Turns out the issue with reverse was a shield/guard not being put back in place and keeping the the chain from moving thus keeping it from shifting into reverse. They come back w that info and tell me my axel joint is leaking and needs replacement. Along w an oil change (had just been done 7/1) and serpentine belt and tensioner. $1300 quote later. I decided to get a second opinion with a certifiedmechanic. Glad I did. Axel seal is not leaking and doesn't need replacement. The only thing needed was the serpentine belt and tensioner. $230 and it will be good to go. Be careful if you're a woman going in there. They will turn what should be a free/low cost fix into $1300!!!!!!!

I had the rear brakes replaced on my 2019 Subaru forester and they were professional, honest and timely. It was also nice they had a loaner car that was available while they did the work. 👍

As a new customer, I found the website along with online scheduling to be very intuitive and easy to manipulate. The customer service department was attentive, very knowledgeable, pleasant and forthright with the repair concerns that I had. I waited while the oil change and tire rotation was done, which was completed in under an hour. I would highly recommend their service.
Accel did an oil change on my vehicle, (second service they did for me). Didn't try to upsell, just good service, and I'll no doubt be back.
I landed on this repair shop bottom of the air. My car broke down, literally as I was passing by so I pulled in full of fear and fright. They were able to get me in and out for top dollar I would’ve thought that it was for the price of four wheels, but it was just for one, but overall they saved my life and I got back to my daily activities quickly. They were definitely worth it not looking forward to the bill whenever I get the rest of the work done, but it’s absolutely a truthful review. Great people kind sweet they know they’re worth and they’re fast this isn’t the type of dealership that you want to go to if you are on a budget or if you’re low income, but it’s definitely something expedient and fashionable for those who can hit hard who are soft on time.

The guys solved what I thought would be a huge issue with my car and other mechanics had turned down with a simple loose bolt replacement and got it all done in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
